Point Reyes National Seashore (Marin County)
October 10 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
We’ll meet at the Bear Valley Visitor Center and walk the Earthquake Trail , which is level and paved. Other stops will depend on what is happening in migration and on the weather. On this less than a mile long loop you can typically see California land birds like the Anna’s Hummingbird, the Acorn Woodpecker and the Pacific Wren among others. Although the trip time is set for 9 a.m. to noon, attendees have the option of staying past noon to eat lunch and birdwatch.
