
Heron’s Head Park (SF)

An event every month that begins at 10:00 am on day First of the month, repeating indefinitely
Volunteers will help with a variety of activities at Heron’s Head Park in southeast SF including removing invasive non-native plants along the Wetlands shoreline, picking up trash, and planting native plants/maintaining native plant habitat. Volunteers should meet at the EcoCenter just beyond the parking lot.
Advance registration required. We also require all participants to read and accept Golden Gate Audubon’s VOLUNTEER LIABILITY WAIVER. By registering for this event, you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms of the waiver.

Bring your water bottle. Wear closed-toe shoes, and weather appropriate clothing including dress in layers with long pants and long sleeved shirt. Bring your own gardening gloves if you like but gloves and tools will also be provided. Restroom on site.
