Aquatic Park (Berkeley)
Sunday, August 21, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
All shapes and sizes are welcome though LGBTQ+ and BIPOC folks are especially invited to this participatory field trip. We all benefit when anyone shares their observations, knowledge and enthusiasm! We should expect to see water and land birds by sight and ear. Binoculars help, so let Rachel know in advance if you’d like a loaner pair. We’ll explore 1-2 miles on flat, partially unpaved terrain with some benches. Bring layers. Poor air quality from wildfires cancels. For a good idea of species to expect, see the Ebird Bar Chart. Reach out to Rachel with any questions.
