American Canyon Wetlands (Napa)
November 20 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Come explore this wonderful area with me. We’ll stroll along a flat, easy 2 to 2.5 miles around Napa River wetlands with bordering woodland and grassland to see ducks, shorebirds, waders (including more Black-crowned Night Herons than you can count), raptors, woodpeckers, wintering sparrows and more. Check out the birds you may see at eBird at https://ebird.org/barchart?r=L650670&yr=all&m=. Beginners welcome.
Please bring binoculars, and scopes if you have them! There is a portable bathroom at the parking lot and possibly only one bench along the way.
Rain cancels. Call or email Cathy if you’re not sure, or with other questions.
Leader:Cathy Bleier, firstname.lastname@example.org, (510) 414-5719 cell.
